“I apologize for my rude behavior towards your alls monument what I did was stupid and immature and yes I’m 15 which is no excuse for my actions and I sincerely apologize to every one I offended.”

– Zach Hillbillyboy Osborne, who sprayed tobacco spit on the nation’s first atheist monument in front of the Bradford County (Fla.) Courthouse, in a Facebook post after he posted a photo of the vandalism and sent it to American Atheists.

Just think, if this would have been a Christian monument, Mr. Osborne would have faced a huge negative reaction from the public. If it had been a Jewish monument, he would have been labeled as an anti-Semite. However, if this would have been a Muslim monument, he would have been faced with death threats, and of course public condemnation from a variety of clergy and politicians who seek to placate the radicals of this religion because they understand that danger that lies in provoking their ire. Lucky for this young man this was an Atheist monument, whose supporters actions are not controlled by illogical beliefs. Thank God huh?;-)
