FREE E-BOOK FOR PARENTS OF TEENAGERS...TEN WAYS TO TURN AROUND YOUR TEEN

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Mark Gregston and Heartlight Ministries Foundation announce the release of a free 107-page e-book written for the parents of difficult or wayward teenagers titled, Ten Ways to Turn Around Your Teen. The downloadable e-book is filled with advice from teen expert Mark Gregston, based on articles he's written over the past two years. It is being made available without cost as a ministry of the Heartlight Ministries Foundation.

While the book is focused on helping parents of troubled teens, any parent of pre-teens would benefit from reading about the struggles they may encounter with their children in the adolescent years. Gregston offers free advice to parents to both correct behavior problems in the teen years and to prevent them from ever happening.

Mark Gregston has spent a lifetime helping families and teens through the challenges of adolescence. He is the founder of Heartlight Ministries, a residential counseling program for teens. He is also the host of the national radio program Parenting Today's Teens aired on thousands of stations across the country.

Gregston says, "Stuff happens in the teen years that is out of our control as parents, even if we do everything right. Welcome to the real world -- a world where God gives each of our teenagers a free will. I've prepared this e-book to help parents of teens who may be feeling like failures and have no clue what to do next to get their teenager back on the right path in life."

Download the free e-book online here (http://www.heartlightministries.org/e-book.html). The e-book in WORD format is 2.1 megabytes in size. Web sites are welcome to link to it.
