*Juvenile Sentencing- Correspondent Tim O'Brien talks to the attorneys on both sides and reports on the issue taken up this past week by the U.S. Supreme Court: whether the Eighth Amendment ban against cruel and unusual punishment makes it unconstitutional to sentence juvenile offenders to life in prison without parole, for crimes in which the victim does not die.

*Profile- Jeni Stepanek on Faith & Grief- It's been five years since bestselling inspirational poet Mattie Stepanek died at the age of thirteen from a rare form of muscular dystrophy. Before his death, Mattie had touched millions of people around the world with a message of hope and peace. Mattie was Jeni Stepanek's fourth child to die from the same disease she is also battling. Kim Lawton spoke with Jeni Stepanek about how faith helps her cope with grief and how she's working to keep Mattie's legacy alive.

*Muslims and the Military- In the wake of the shootings at Fort Hood, Host Bob Abernethy will be joined by Imam Yahya Hendi, a Muslim chaplain for the Navy and at Georgetown University. Hendi has counseled Muslim soldiers and led sensitivity training on military bases, including Fort Hood. They will discuss reactions to the violence and issues facing Muslim military members.
