"The Message of the Cross" Goes Global
-The 4th "Message of the Cross" Europe Camp Held in Helsinki in Finland-
From July 19 to 23, the 4th 'Message of the Cross' Europe Camp was held in Helsinki of Finland entitled with "Arise, Shine" under the auspices of MMTC (Manmin Missionary Training Center).
After Dr. Jaerock Lee conducted the 2004 Miracle Healing Festival in Germany, many European pastors were so touched and requested that MMTC hold 'The Message of the Cross' camp in Europe and plant the vision of life into the hearts of many wandering young people through the message of the cross preached by Dr. Jaerock Lee.
The first camp was held in Paris of France in 2006 titled with "One Way Jesus," and the second camp in Melchtal of Switzerland in 2007 titled with "Devotion." The third camp held in Herentals of Belgium in 2009 titled with "My Life, My Faith" brought 120 people from 8 nations.
The 4th Message of the Cross Europe Camp brought 130 people from 11 nations including Finland, Estonia, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Sweden, Belgium, UK, France, Korea, and Japan, and the participants realized God's providence of salvation for mankind embedded in the cross of Jesus Christ.
While delivering the lecture on the Message of the Cross, the Speaker Rev. Dr. Esther Chung, President of Manmin International Seminary and Former President of Seoul Women's University, explained why God placed the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, why Jesus is our only Savior and how we can be saved when we believe in Jesus Christ, and introduced the powerful ministry of Dr. Jaerock Lee. The Message of the Cross is one of Dr. Jaerock Lee's representative sermons, which is featured with God's amazing love embedded in the fulfillment of His plan of salvation through Jesus Christ.
"Wherever The Message of the Cross was preached, the Holy Spirit worked like blazing fire, and many people began to understand God's plan and have hope for eternal life through this message", says Dr. Lee.
Dr. Lee led massive crusades in the countries like Uganda, Japan, Pakistan, Kenya, the Philippines, Honduras, India, Russia, Germany, Peru, DR Congo, and the USA, and delivered The Message of the Cross. As well as, he led the "International Multi-Cultural Festival" at the Jerusalem International Convention Center, Israel on Sept. 6–7, and preached the message about "God the Creator," and "Why is Jesus Christ our only Savior?", which is the main message of his book "Understanding the Message of the Cross of Jesus Christ" (ISBN: 978-8889127650). And the book has been translated and published into 18 languages by many Christian publishing companies including the Destiny Image Europe Publishers Inc. in Italy, the Baruch Publishing House in Ukraine, OM Books in India, the Andi Publishers in Indonesia, the Grace Publishing House in Taiwan, and the Xulon Press in the United States, and distributed to the whole world.
This Europe camp has made spiritual changes by giving faith and life to many young people in Europe through the life-filled messages and the works of the Holy Spirit, and also planted the love for the souls and the vision of world mission into the hearts of young people from Manmin Central Church. This camp has caused many young people to become united in faith transcending nationality, tribe, and border.
MMTC (Manmin Missionary Training Center) was founded to spread the life-filled word of God based on the fivefold gospel of holiness: Regeneration, Sanctification, Divine Healing, Resurrection, and Return, and cultivate and train missionary candidates with many powerful works of God.
