On Freedom: Day 208

I am a free and whole person.

I am free from anything that would hold me back from expressing the light and love of God within me! I am free with the freedom of the spirit. Thank You, God!

Life-affirming statements and uplifting conversations are composed of the words of a free and whole person, and I am that person now. I honor the sacredness that is my wholeness _ my mind, my body, and my spirit.

I am free from any kind of dependency. I am aware that what I take into my body, I am taking into a temple of the Spirit of life. I honor the life of God within me by keeping my mind and body whole and free.

Freedom of spirit emanates from deep within me out into every moment of my life. Knowing that I am a spiritually enriched being frees me to live my life in a world of great possibilities.”The free gift of God is eternal life.”_ Romans 6:23

On Past: Day 214

I free myself from the past by moving on to the now.

At times I may have the tendency to be my own worst critic about things I have done or”bad”habits that I have picked up. But if God never condemns me, then why would I ever condemn myself?

The past has no control over me. So if someone tries to hold me to past mistakes, I can break free. How do I do this? By moving on with my life and blessing that person, knowing that the past is merely a stepping stone to today.

Only God has power over me. When I declare myself to be free from negative habits, I free my body from the compulsions that it had toward those habits. I give thanks that my body has the divine potential for renewed health and energy, which are continually being brought forth.

I break free from the past and live totally in the now.”Beloved, let us love one another.”_ 1 John 4:7

On Love: Day 49

I am a center for divine love, attracting and radiating blessings.

I am a loving child of God. My soul grows in grace, beauty and harmony as I rest in the awareness of God’s love. Love radiates from me to my family, friends, neighbors, and all people.

Love sees God’s presence in every person and in every situation. It radiates forth to give without thought of receiving anything in return. Yet love is such a mighty force that it not only draws blessings to me, but also multiplies those blessings.

I am a radiating center of divine love. Only loving thoughts are welcome in my mind. Only words inspired by love pass my lips. All my actions are inspired by love.

Divine love fills me and overflows into all my activities. Divine love is the atmosphere in which I live, move and have my being. Thank You, God.”God lives in us, and his love is perfected in us.”_ 1 John 4:12

On Pets: Day 176

I act responsibly and lovingly toward all of God’s creatures.

Acceptance, love, kindness, generosity _ all these qualities can be true of people as well as the pets that share their lives. So I bless all animals in my prayers today, acknowledging that they, too, are being divinely cared for and loved by the same God that protects and loves all.

I give thanks for the pets who keep me and others company. More than just animals, they are beloved family members. These pets never need to be asked for their love and acceptance; they are given without question and without thought of return.

I do all that I can to create a loving, happy household for myself and my pets, acting in responsible ways toward them. I give thanks for my animal friends and the joy they add to my life.”God said to Noah, `This is the sign of the covenant that I have established between me and all flesh that is on the earth.'”_ Genesis 9:17
