Atlanta, GA, June 27, 2013 – ANGELS AND SAINTS AT EPHESUS, the hit CD from the Benedictines of Mary, Queen of Apostles, is No. 1 on Billboard magazine’s Classical Traditional Music Chart for the seventh straight week. The sacred CD from the Missouri-based nuns also remains at the No. 6 spot on Billboard’s Overall Classical Music Chart and rose to No. 7 on the Christian Music Chart.

The Benedictines’ critically acclaimed debut CD, ADVENT AT EPHESUS, released last year, climbed back onto the charts, rising to No. 2 on Billboard magazine’s Classical Traditional Music Chart.

ANGELS AND SAINTS AT EPHESUS once again topped a group of classical albums that includes Fifty Shades of Grey: The Classical Album and Downton Abbey: The Essential Collection. And the CD’s enchanting sounds have drawn coverage from national secular media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal and “Good Morning America.”

In addition to the CD, both ANGELS AND SAINTS AT EPHESUS and ADVENT AT EPHESUS are available as a digital download for all devices at a variety of online retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble and the iTunes Store.

“It is so exciting to see the reaction to this music, especially for those discovering it for the first time by reading about it in places like The Wall Street Journal and then having such a positive reaction to this beautiful sacred music,” said Monica Fitzgibbons, cofounder of De Montfort Music. “What a gift this collection is by The Benedictines of Mary, who have shared their Heavenly talents with the world!”

Be sure to watch “Fox and Friends” on Fox News between 8 and 10 a.m. ET Sunday, June 30 for an expose on the Benedictines of Mary and the behind-the-scenes making of ANGELS AND SAINTS AT EPHESUS.

De Montfort enlisted nine-time International Grammy® winning producer Christopher Alder, who hails from Germany, and two-time Grammy® winning engineer Mark Donahue to record and capture the Sisters in their contemplative environment singing all of ANGELS AND SAINTS AT EPHESUS.
